Anne Hennessy

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

As a chartered business psychologist Anne has worked on numerous projects supporting the development of organisations and individuals. As an executive coach she coaches senior leaders and executives from various business sectors with a particular interest in transition coaching. She has the capacity to create reflection space and through supportive challenge brings about fundamental change and personal growth.

As a group facilitator, she has designed and delivered various leadership programmes, facilitated team coaching interventions and delivered various talent assessment projects.

RECENT EXPERIENCE

From a consultancy perspective Anne has led a EQ-i 360 programme on behalf of a government authority and has designed and delivered various leadership development programmes. She has also worked with numerous client organisations providing talent assessment solutions at C-Suite level. In addition, she has designed and delivered various graduate assessment centres.

As an associate consultant with the Myers Briggs Company (formerly OPP) Anne delivers MBTI Step I and Step II training in Ireland along with various application workshops. She also runs accreditation programmes in the EQ-i 2.0 on behalf of MHS. She has worked as Programme Director for the Diploma in Leadership for the Irish Management Institute in addition to delivering modules on the Diploma in Executive Coaching.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to founding Vitae Consulting Anne worked in varied HR roles for a number of large multinational organisations. Responsibilities included succession planning, one–to–one development and team coaching. She also worked in Trinity College Dublin as a careers adviser.

QUALIFICATIONS

Anne is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychology Society of Ireland (PSI) having completed a MA in Human Resource and Occupational Psychology and BA (Hons) degree in Applied Psychology, both from University College Cork (UCC). In 2016 she completed a Diploma in Leadership with the IMI and completed a Diploma in Executive Coaching with Management Futures (ILM) in 2015. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland. In addition, she has qualifications in numerous psychometric instruments and has completed various additional courses to further develop her coaching skills – for example, The Nancy Kline, Time to Think, Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching, Coaching Supervision with Oxford Brookes.

Aoife Condon

MA, Work & Organisational Psychology, BA Applied Psychology

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

New to the Organisational Psychology profession, Aoife has gained valuable experience over the last number of months on various projects. Her current experience includes but is not limited to facilitating training courses, coaching teams and individuals on the practical application of the MBTI, supporting the delivery of training courses for a variety of topics such as remote work, wellbeing and distributed collaboration, administering and coaching using psychometric tools, research and design, and the creation of digital marketing material.

Previous Experience

Previously Aoife working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor between two very busy gyms. She spent a number of years coaching her clients to recognise and improve their behaviours, giving them the tools to lead healthier lives and make healthier choices for their own physical and mental health.

Qualifications

Aoife recently completed the MA in Work & Organisational Psychology in University College Cork (UCC), graduated earlier this year. Prior to this she completed her BA (Hons) degree in Applied Psychology in UCC in 2019. In addition to these she has a Professional Diploma in HR Management with University College Dublin (UCD) and her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

She has qualifications in various psychometric instruments – she is a member of the British Psychological Society register of test users for Ability and Personality assessments, she is accredited in the Strengths Profile and the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360.
