Fundamental to the management of any transition in an organisation,
be it a restructure, redundancy or a change in working practices,
is the support of the employees involved.
The Vitae Consulting
Transition Programme is aimed at helping individuals understand
the common stages involved in a transition and for them to identify
what actions they personally can take to ease them through the transition.
In addition
we use a variety of psychometric tools, which aid employees to understand
their personal response to the change.
Time is also
spent reviewing the impact of the transition on the team and collectively
what actions can be taken to improve the effectiveness of the team.
Workshops
can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of an organisation,

Course
Structure
Typically the transition programme is run as a 1-day workshop for
groups of 8 -10 individuals. Our consultants are also available
to meet employees for individual transition management reviews.
