Vitae Consulting provide outplacement solutions tailored to suit the requirements of each client company. Solutions can range from individual support through to group programmes. Whilst programmes may vary, our professional and caring approach remain constant.

The 'Vitae 10 Step Approach' to outplacement is modular and in conjunction with the client company we will tailor a customised package designed specifically to meet the needs of the company in terms of content, cost and duration

Individual Outplacement
Our 1:1 outplacement service is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

We meet with the client in advance of the programme commencing to agree the content and scheduling of meetings. The outplacement can be facilitated either at our offices in Monahan Road or at the Clients workplace.

Group Workshop
A standard group workshop runs for 2 days and is ideal for groups of up to a maximum of 10 people, the optimum number of participants being 8. Participants have a real chance to engage in practical exercises and end the workshop with a completed C.V., a personal action timetable and a job search manual for future guidance. The actual content of the workshop is tailored to each client's requirements and would typically include all of the 'Vitae 10 Step Approach' modules with the exception of Step 2 Career Counselling and Step 10 Follow Up Consultation/Mentoring.
