at various life stages.

Katrina has
over 15 years experience in industry including 6 years working in
a variety of HR roles in the U.K., which included generalist roles,
graduate assessment and development, training, and corporate roles.
On her return to Ireland, Katrina joined Motorola in 1996 where
she worked as a Senior HR consultant in generalist, recruitment
and development roles. Most recently Katrina was the Rewards Manager
for Motorola Ireland. In addition to these responsibilities Katrina
has worked in 1:1 career development with staff for a number of
years.
In 2003 Katrina
established Vitae Consulting with her colleague Anne Hennessy who she
has worked closely with in the past running a variety
of Personal and Career Development workshops.

With over 10
years HR experience Anne has worked in a number of industries including
Manufacturing, Software and Financial Services in both generalist
and specialist roles, including recruitment, communications and
personal development. Most recently Anne worked as a careers adviser
in Trinity College Dublin. The role in Trinity College consisted
of 1:1 career guidance work with both previous graduates and current
students and also the delivery of specialist seminars including
Interview Skills, CV Preparation and Interpersonal Skills. Anne is
also an associate consultant with OPP(UK)
